[REVIEW] Kiss So Natural False Eyelashes

I received this lashes in my JAdore VoxBox to try & review.

I really like false eyelashes, but I'm too lazy to put them on all the time. However, I do have quite a collection of false lashes of all kinds and styles. I think they make my eyes really stand out despite having short straight Asian lashes. So here's my review!

Kiss Looks So Natural Lashes in Flirty (Retail $3.99)

Always before applying falsies make sure to put it to your eyes to see if it fits. If not, trim the lash from the outer part of the lash.

For my falsies, I use Duo Eyelash Adhesive, but for this review I used the glue that came with these lashes. The glue is like a nail polish wand without the brush. This kind of glue made it really easy to apply a thin line of glue directly on the lashes. After applying I waited 30 seconds for the glue to become tacky and put it close to my lash line.

I actually liked this glue. For my Duo, I sometime put too much and the glue gets all over my lids if I move the lash around to place it correctly. This glue dries clear and I couldn't see this glue after it dried. I didn't got out all day after applying so I don't know how well it holds up in the long run.

The lash itself is beautiful. The hairs are so fine and the taper out so nicely. It looks VERY natural despite the lash being really full and long. I love it!. This is a great everyday falsie. However, if you are going to an event where there is flash photography, I would go with a thicker lash because the eyelashes won't be seen as well.

[REVIEW] Boots Botanics Shine Away Ionic Clay Mask

I received this product from my J'Adore VoxBox from Influenster last month and I couldn't wait to try this! I Apart from school, I work at a dessert shop where we are constantly baking sweets. This desserts are delicious for my tummy but not for my skin! I always come home with an oily face which results in me breaking out. This product was perfect for these situations.

Boots Botanics Shine Away Ionic Clay Mask 100ml (Retail: $9.39 on Boots.com)

After I come home, I start my usually night-time routine and put this mask on after cleansing my face with my foaming cleaner. At first, the mask came out watery, which I assumed was due to the fact that this was a clay mask. I closed the cap and shook it for a minute. This fixed the watery problem and I put the mask on easily on my face. After reading the directions, I noticed it says to shake well. Silly me ~

This consistency was definitely not what I expected in a clay mask. I expected a really thick creme but even after shaking it, the thickness was like my BB cream.

The application was sort of messy but not difficult. Next time, I want to try applying the mask using a foundation brush.

The mask feels really cool and refreshing when applying and when it starts to dry, it feels really tight like a peel off mask. After the suggested time, I rinsed my face with warm water and patted dry. I remember thinking that this mask was REALLY easy to wash off. This is problem I had with other masks.

Despite this being a clay mask, my skin did not feel super dry, but rather it felt really clean!

Overall, I really like this mask! It does what it claims to and leaves my face feeling like I didn't spend 6 hours in front of an oven baking goodies.
